About the event

I recently participated in a coaching session with Emma, a 28-year-old newcomer to the pharmaceutical industry. Emma works as a medical representative for a global pharmaceutical company and wanted to improve her ability to communicate in English during international meetings.

She reached out to me for assistance with specific phrases and communication techniques. During our conversation, Emma mentioned that she struggles to discuss medical products with doctors.

To address her concerns, I contacted my friend Katarina Tokovic, a skilled sales and negotiation coach.

During our next coaching session, we discussed Emma's daily challenges as a pharma-medical representative.

We decided to create an event on Clubhouse to share strategies that every professional in the pharmaceutical industry should know to better connect with clients and increase sales. 

Our goal is to help Emma and others like her succeed in their roles.
