Communicating with foreign colleagues/clients can be quite challenging.


When you canโ€™t get what your international colleagues/clients say or what they ask you, you feel frustrated and it influences your confidence.


So, at this point, it's really important to be certain about what's going on.

Is it because they are not clearly expressing themselves or you have problems with understanding foreigners?


In any case, it really makes sense to keep your cool, stay calm, and ask to paraphrase or restate the question.

Secondly, if the problem is on your side, work on developing your communication skills in English.

Spend at least 15min regularly every day until you wonโ€™t need it any more.

Thatโ€™s enough to be not good enough!

You want to enjoy the communication, connect with people on the deep level and definitely not to feel stressed, get angry with yourself and lose opportunities.
